THE FUTURE COLLECTIVE

Terms of sale

First published 5 August 2026. These terms apply to purchases of digital editions from agentvisibility.co.uk.

Who you are buying from

The seller is The Future Collective ("we"). You can reach a person at matt@future-collective.co.uk; we reply to every message about an order.

What you are buying

The Machine Customer (flagship research report) and Ready for the Machine Customer (implementation playbook) are digital publications supplied as designed PDF files. Prices are stated on the site and exclude VAT, which is calculated at checkout or on invoice. Bespoke engagements are not sold through this site; they are agreed separately in writing under their own scope and terms.

Delivery

After card payment through Stripe, your download is available immediately on the confirmation page, and that page's address remains valid if you need the file again. Invoice purchases unlock the same download once the invoice is marked paid. If anything goes wrong with a download, email us and we will supply the file directly; your Stripe receipt is proof of purchase.

Licence

Each purchase licenses the buying organisation to use the edition internally: it may be shared with employees and board members of the purchasing organisation for their own work. It may not be resold, published, redistributed outside the organisation, or used to build a competing product. The content remains our copyright.

Refunds and cancellation

Because these are digital files supplied immediately, you consent to immediate supply when you download, and, if you are buying as a consumer, you acknowledge that the statutory 14-day cancellation right ends once the download begins. If an edition is faulty, materially not as described, or you were charged in error, tell us and we will put it right with a replacement or a refund. If you buy as a consumer, nothing here reduces your statutory rights.

What the research is, and is not

The editions report observations measured by our published method, with their boundaries stated. They are research and commentary for management use. They are not legal, regulatory, clinical, security or financial advice, and decisions made using them remain the buyer's own. Our liability in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase, except for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

The free tools

The Agent Visibility Score and the executive sampler are provided free, as is, for general information. A score is a point-in-time reading of a public website from a single vantage and is not a certification, a ranking, or a claim about any organisation's conduct.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
